You own the deliverables we build for your engagement. The signed proposal or statement of work records exactly what transfers at handoff, including source, access, and documentation. For Managed Partnership, it also defines the access Bayside retains to operate the agreed systems. We agree on those boundaries before work begins.

What's included in the Managed Partnership retainer scope?

The signed scope defines the exact coverage. Depending on the engagement, it may include monitoring, maintenance, optimization, reporting, or a limited amount of ongoing change. The proposal spells out the included systems, response expectations, review cadence, and what requires separate approval.

How do you handle out-of-scope requests on a retainer?

We explain why the request sits outside the current agreement, define the additional work, and ask for written approval before starting it. If the same need keeps recurring, we discuss whether the ongoing scope should change.
